Description
Warehouse Worker Description:
The warehouse worker receives stores and distributes material tools equipment and products within the warehouse ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
Warehouse Worker Tasks:
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.
- Receive store move and pack outgoing materials equipment and other items from warehouse.
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets skids platforms cars lifting devices or other transport vehicles.
- Clean and maintain supplies tools equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the warehouse lead or supervisor.
Qualifications
Warehouse Workers Qualifications:
- At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 21 yrs old
- Able to work in non airconditioned warehouse
- Ability to lift materials bend twist and stoop
- Ability to operate machinery such as an order picker or forklift
