Filter Program Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the filter installations and maintenance while managing a team of filtration technicians
• Maintain and update the master inventory list using Excel and ensure warehouse filter inventory is accurate.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with the client to review filter schedules warehouse issues access problems and open work orders.
• Assign filter installation tasks and manage buildingspecific filter deliveries labeling them for crew pickup.
• Conduct biweekly audits of filter installations and visit sites to ensure correct filter sizes for upcoming assignments.
• Update and track filter status in the clients tracking system and handle any oneoff or delivery filter needs.
• Manage filter material orders including picking up materials from vendors and ensuring deliveries align with inventory needs.
• Prepare and file client invoices and track filter returns and credits to correct vendor.
• Ensure all work orders are updated daily assigning statuses and tracking technician work hours including overtime.
• Handle safety requirements by inspecting installer gear tracking safety meetings and adhering to building safety protocols.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance including cleaning trash removal and organizing the driveway for clear access.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Trade/Technical School certification or degree helpful. 5 years of experience working with filters in a commercial space. Previous management experience is a plus.

Candidates must possess good communication interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer relations.Must be able to climb ladders lift and carry 50 or more pounds distinguish colors for electrical work use hand tools and tolerate confined spaces. Work will involve heights and seasonal temperature extremes.Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required while performing tasks.

Valid Drivers License and Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Language Skills

Must possess good communication skills (verbal and written).

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has some supervisory responsibilities.

Mathematical Skills

Must possess basic math skills. Ability to perform these basic operations using units of American money and weight measurement and volume.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complex written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to climb ladders lift and carry 50 or more pounds distinguish colors for electrical work use hand tools and tolerate confined spaces. Work will involve heights and seasonal temperature extremes.
