About the Role
As a member of our team your primary role will be to provide support for the Program Management team with Manufacturing Production and Customer Management support within the Car Audio Division.
What You Will Do
Work with Mechanical Hardware Software and Transducer Engineers.
Testing and Validation activities on Bench set ups for Harman Amplifiers and Speakers.
Support Program Managers with daytoday program activities as needed.
Assist in problem solving activities.
Assist in preparation of customer documentation.
Perform quality checks of amplifiers and speakers prior to customer shipment.
What You Need
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Must have taken courses in Computer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to work in an office/hybrid schedule in Novi Michigan.
Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Must provide full work availability from May 19 2025 through August 8 2025 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Pay Transparency
Freshman: $21.00
Sophomore: $23.00
Junior: $25.00
Senior: $27.00
Master: $32.00
Doct: $38.00
Dependent on the internship offered pay is based on factors including without limitation the applicants level of education and business need.
