Speech Pathologist
Fulltime and Parttime options 0.61.0FTE (Visa Sponsorship Opportunities available)
We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists ideally with 23 years of experience to join our teams in the Lower Southwest regions (Bunbury Busselton and Margaret River). New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Snapshot of the Role:
Work in a goal directed way with clients and their families alongside the multidisciplinary team.
Play an active role in building capacity for clients to live their best life.
Enrich clients lives using your Speech Pathology skills to support and promote clients:
speech language and communication across everyday activities and routines;
use of Key Word Sign low and high tech AAC; and
successful and safe mealtimes.
Use your experience to deliver meaningful supervision coaching and mentoring to passionate speech pathology professionals.
Opportunity to support a varied complex caseload We value your ideas & innovation and work closely with you to shape caseload towards your interests and strengths.
Delivery of highquality evidence informed practice including but not limited to Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
What we offer:
Industry competitive salary range of $82000 $107000 base salary superannuation salary packaging up to $15899 of living expenses and up to $2650 on entertainment benefits per year 17.5 annual leave loading (valued at $875 $1279
4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (valued at $500 $730 prorata
5 professional development days (valued at $1250 $1826 $500 PD budget per annum prorata

What you will bring to the role:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and approved by Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist preferably 23 years experience.
A current Drivers Licence Working With Children (WWC) Check NDIS Workers screen and First Aid certification.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the transdisciplinary team.
Ability to assess plan implement and deliver personcentred evidenceinformed services.
Skills and ability in providing clinical support and supervision to entry level Speech Pathologists.
Passion and commitment for working collaboratively with clients and families to build their capacity and improve their life outcomes.
Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
Provide and maintain proof of eligibility to work in Australia (Considering Visa/ Sponsorship support for deserving candidates)
