Location: Onsite in Scottsdale AZ Mastermind HQ

Compensation: $70k base OTE up to $150000/year.

Reports to: Director of Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Setter Team Lead to drive the success of our highperforming Setter team in a fastpaced outbound sales environment. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious revenue goals and optimizing the sales funnel for highticket B2C offers.

Candidates must have:

  • A proven track record in inside sales leadership particularly in Setter or SDR environments.
  • A deep understanding of outbound dialing sales dynamics setter team management and coaching in a phonebased environment.
  • Strategic thinking with handson coaching and systems optimization that foster a culture of Continuous and NeverEnding Improvement (CANI).
  • Direct experience as a setter & sales lead in B2C consumer focused environments.
  • Be based in Phoenix AZ and able to work onsite at Mastermind HQ in Scottsdale.

Key responsibilities include managing KPIs conducting call reviews and ensuring the team adapts quickly to evolving offers and priorities. You will also play a pivotal role in enhancing lead flow followup strategies and operational efficiencies to maximize conversion rates.

This role focuses on leading coaching and scaling a team of 10 highperforming Setters in a fastpaced outbound sales environment. You will ensure the team meets and exceeds KPIs while cultivating a culture of accountability and adaptability.   • Lead & Develop: Manage and inspire a team of 10 Setters to hit KPIs and drive results. Build a culture of Continuous and NeverEnding Improvement (CANI) to push team performance.
  • Coach for Success: Conduct call reviews deliver actionable feedback and provide ongoing training to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Optimize Systems: Drive efficiency by refining lead flow processes and followup strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Adapt & Solve: Proactively address challenges pivot priorities for new offers/events and innovate solutions to drive team success.

  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing inside sales teams preferably in Setter/Closer or outbound sales environments.
  • B2C Expertise: Strong background in emotionalbased sales with highticket offers.
  • PerformanceDriven: Track record of exceeding KPIs and holding teams accountable for results.
  • Coaching Mindset: Skilled at identifying areas for improvement and delivering actionable coaching.
  • SystemsOriented: Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce HubSpot) and datadriven decisionmaking.
