Finance Administrator
The Administrative Assistant provides highlevel efficient administrative support to contribute towards the effective operation of the business unit.
Role:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and the branch (meetings diaries reception training travel procurement office maintenance).
- Prepare documents (memos reports manuals) using appropriate software.
- Manage files and records for efficient information retrieval.
- Process purchase orders and invoices per procurement policies.
About you:
- Ideally you will have great communication skills and a finance background knowledge and understanding of budgets general ledgers journals accruals & expenditure
Basic Accounting or bookkeeping experience/knowledge. - Excel and Microsoft suit experience
