Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Plumstead SE18
Salary: OTE: 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings negotiator to step up to a role as an Lettings Manager and join a leading local independent Lettings Agency at their busy South East London office.
If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence and is committed to providing its staff with extensive training and development then this could be the position for you.
You will need have a great track record in residential Lettings instruction generation and increasing the market share.
You will also need to be energetic proactive good on the phone and great with people be able to demonstrate ideas for market growth and can lead a team to hit and exceed targets.
Familiarity with the local area would be helpful. In return you will receive a competitive salary package and future potential.
The Company: Our client is a busy independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the North Kent and SouthEast London area
Skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Experienced in residential lettings
- Success at leading and motivating at team beneficial
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge and living close South East London
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
