Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 7 years of handson experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions as well as a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Custom Application.
Technical Skills Required:
Development experience in ITSM and Custom applications.
Implementing of Workspaces and experience in UI Builder.
Strong experience in Integration Data source and Transform maps.
Implement ServiceNow workflows business rules and data transformations to streamline processes.
Experience using AI to automate processes to improve efficiencies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality performance and security.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services APIs and other technologies.
Configuring ServiceNow workflows forms and scripts.
Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables business rules client scripts UI actions UI policies.
Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture configuration and customization capabilities.
Experience with JavaScript Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
User Management including groups users roles ACLs etc.
Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CAD
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ITIL
