BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) & CNAs the following benefits:
- Base Pay: $16 $18 / hour depending on qualifications
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3month measurement period.

Qualifications for HHA Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work experience
- One year work experience providing hands on care OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
