Job Description

Job Title: Echo Tech / Sonographer
Location: Seattle Everett Tacoma WA
Start Date: April 2025
Duration: 12 Months (Options for 26 weeks Contract)
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 08:00 A.M 04:30 P.M.
Qualification:
Certifications: Ultrasound Technologists from ARDMS BLS
Experience: Minimum of two years of recent echocardiography experience.
Job Description:
This role involves performing highquality echocardiographic exams and working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform echocardiograms including transthoracic (TTE) transesophageal (TEE) and stress echocardiography procedures.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture clear and accurate cardiac images.
  • Analyze and evaluate results to provide preliminary findings for physician interpretation.
  • Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital and imaging protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver highquality patient care.
  • Follow all infection control HIPAA and regulatory compliance guidelines.
