Job Description
Location: Charleston SC
Role: Coordinate project planning scheduling and construction in line with the companys mission and goals
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect work progress equipment and construction sites for safety and specification adherence
Promote and enforce safety measures
Act as technical authority on the project
Plan schedule and coordinate with Trade Partners and crew
Develop a project schedule and monitor equipment rentals
Preorder small tools and expendables
Maintain good relations with project owners and administer company policies and procedures
Handle project labor requirements and motivate the workforce
Resolve construction problems and improve construction methods
Maintain high level of professional ethics
Competencies:
Scheduling conflict resolution trade partner coordination
Proficiency in BIM technologies QAQC program management
Strong safety culture promotion
Understanding of construction means and methods
Strong communication and relationship development skills
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise all Trade Partners consultants security personnel and vendors daily
Work Environment: Regular exposure to various environmental conditions noise and potential hazards
Physical Demands: Ability to work in varied terrain and climate conditions perform physical tasks inspect ongoing construction activities
Driving: Required to drive a companyowned vehicle; must possess a valid stateissued license and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
Travel: Regular travel to/from multiple job sites projects and offices
Education And Experience: Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore preferred
