SCHEDULE:
FullTime or PartTime
Flexible Options
No Evenings
No Weekends
No OnCall
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm
Weekends Available by Physician Request
FULLTIME COMPENSATION:
$220000 to $250000 Base Salary
Regular RVU Bonuses
Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail
Health / Dental / Vision Insurance
Paid Time Off
Paid Holidays
CME Allowance
CME Paid Time Off
401k w/ 3 Match
Package Details Negotiable
LOCATION:
Concord California
The practice also has an office in San Leandro and if the physician prefers they may rotate between both locations.
COMPANY PROFILE:
This physicianowned private practice is a multidisciplinary health center with more than 25 years of experience providing care for patients throughout northern California. Their services include internal medicine occupational health interventional pain management and PM&R. They treat a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions and workrelated injuries including acute subacute and chronic medical conditions with the aim of improving functionality and wellbeing. They currently operate 6 clinics with a staff of 10 physicians 7 nurse practitioners and physician assistants 4 chiropractors and more physical therapists counselors support staff etc. They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The work of the new physician will focus on occupationalrelated injuries serving a patient population primarily consisting of workingage adults. Providers collaborate closely as a multidisciplinary healthcare team crafting comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day with the support of dedicated clinical assistants.
New patient visits are scheduled for 40 minutes and followups for 20 minutes.
Physicians work on teams with APPs and the APPs typically focus on followup visits and minor procedures.
The practice uses the PrognoCIS EHR.
There are no evening weekend or oncall responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
California medical license
DEA
Board Certification or Eligibility Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
