At Liedekerke we are a closeknit team of legal experts who specialise in providing strategic advice and representation in Competition law Foreign Direct Investment and general European law. Our lawyers work collaboratively to tackle complex and highprofile cases that shape industries and markets. Your profile
Were looking for a lawyer who is:
- Experienced: You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in Competition law with a solid understanding of EU and Belgian regulations and policies. The firms work encompasses all matters of competition law (restrictive practices merger control state aid). You are also interested in Foreign Direct investment. You may also be called upon to work on cases before the Courts of the Union in matters of general European law and to advise in such matters.
- Native Dutch speaker: You are fluent in Dutch with strong oral and written skills. Proficiency in English is essential and knowledge of French is an asset but not of the essence.
- Analytical: You have a sharp legal mind and a proven ability to analyse complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Driven: You are motivated to further develop your expertise and build strong client relationships.
- Teamoriented: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to shared goals.
