Compensation: Starting at $59000 Productivity Bonus Eligible
CommunityBased Therapists with National Youth Advocate Program work in the community as part of an integral service team. In this role you will deliver Mental and Behavioral Health Services to adolescents youth and children as well as their families who have been identified by public and private referrals and county agencies. Referral sources may include County Courts Family and Children First Council other County and nonCounty Agencies selfreferrals schools and healthcare providers.
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee you will work closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides individual group and family mental health therapy case management transportation and other professional services to clients served.
Travels daily to provide communitybased services to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health medical educational psychological vocational and social services.
Regularly reviews and modifies youthbased plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.
Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in social work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
LSW or LPC required
Experience in providing both individual and family therapy.
Experience working in direct service with youth and families preferred.
Experience with TFCBT preferred.
Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during nontraditional hours if needed.
Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation automotive insurance and a good driving record.
You have good computer and technology skills.
Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned.
