Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide highquality customer service in alignment with H.G Fenton Culture.
- Retain customers for life through excellent customer service and retention activities.
- Contribute to advertising and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous professional manner.
- Proactively identify and respond to risk and safety issues to ensure a safe environment for employees and residents.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about making a positive impact on others and achieving results.
- Leasing or sales experience is great but not required.
- Ability to work weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.
A valid drivers license is required as driving is an essential job function and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g. ridehailing carpooling bicycling walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost.
Our Compensation Philosophy
The compensation range for this position is $23 $28/hr. including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3tier structure ranging $100 $295 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience of the candidate. Fentons goal is to ensure performancebased compensation that is motivating and competitive and we adopt a payforperformance approach.
