Job Description
The Audit Manager will play a key role in the of the internal audit plan focusing on a specific area or subset of the organizations operations. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management and internal controls with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities
What youll do
- Lead RiskBased Audits Execute audit plans that provide independent assurance on internal controls risk management and governance.
- Manage & Mentor a Team Guide auditors through engagements ensuring highquality work that aligns with company standards and deadlines.
- Drive Team Development Recruit train and support the professional growth of audit team members.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance Review audit workpapers to confirm findings are wellsupported and recommendations are actionable.
- Communicate Insights & Solutions Present key audit findings recommendations and risk assessments to senior management.
- Build Strong Partnerships Collaborate with internal stakeholders and audit partners to drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.
Qualifications
Youll have
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience.
Even better you may have
- Masters degree in in accounting finance engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of issues.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) . Opportunity to obtain is provided.
