About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8a Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in London. This is a fulltime position with an immediate start running until the end of September 2024 with the potential for extension based on service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide expert pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. You will deliver wardbased services ensuring optimal medication management and patient safety. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care. You will offer specialized knowledge and support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as needed.
