Your Role

As a Software Project Manager / Scrum Master you will be responsible for planning organizing leading and motivating an agile project team to deliver highquality projects that provide business value to the organization its customers and endusers. Your role will focus on working closely with the development team the product owner and other connected teams within the product to ensure that projects are finely planned and executed using Agile methodologies in a fastpaced environment.


Responsibilities and Impact

  • Lead and manage software development projects through all phases ensuring alignment with agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and Daily Scrums.
  • Champion the Agile process within the team continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate discussions decisionmaking and conflict resolution.
  • Communicate project status risks dependencies and improvements to stakeholders.
  • Guide the development team in planning deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance team efficiency.
  • Monitor task completion to maintain a clear project status overview.
  • Coach and motivate team members to foster engagement and accountability.


What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software projects in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle models and agile project management principles.
  • Strong analytical planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust and confidence with internal/external customers.
  • Creative problemsolving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining a broad perspective.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaboration team building negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in financial services.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Product Owner (CPO) PMIACP SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Agile Product Manager Certification.
