We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Technical Support Specialist to join our commercial team. In this role you will be instrumental in the tendering process providing technical expertise and support. Your key responsibilities will include:Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of commercial teams in technical part of tendering process
- Analysis of technical part of the tender documentation
- Preparing questions to the technical part of the tender documentation
- Fulfilling technical tender documentation as well as catalogues confirming offered technical parameters
- Close cooperation with tender department to keep tender process deadlines
- Support of funnel management in SFDC (Accounts Opportunities OP AO) creating reports dashboards and maintaining existing one
- Support of Apttus management preparing price balancing processing quotations
- Processing locally sourced items (LSI) the process of validating new products and suppliers contact with suppliers purchases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Biomedical Engineering or equivalent educational background
- Proven experience in analyzing technical tender documentation.
- Experience using SFDC Apttus
- Previous years experience working in a B2B environment
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Fluency in English
