Infosys is seeking aSenior SAP HCM Time Mgmt. Consultant
This position will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidates are expected to work from office regularly 4 days in a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in Implementation with SAP HCM Time Management / Time evaluation.
- Good understanding regarding integrated Time Evaluation and Payroll processing within SAP HCM.
- Good Understanding of Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).
- Implementation and Lead / coordination experience with handling inbound / outbound Interfaces involving SAP HCM SAPTime Management/CATS and Legacy Time recording / scheduling systems.
- Experienced in leading a team leveraging the onsite / offshore work model.
- Strong Integration experience with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule & shift scheduling data into SAP.
- Exposure to integrations and interfaces for multiple Unions (involving complex labor rules)
- Exposure to Positive Time Management involving Clockin / Clockout.
- Exposure to SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactorsEC and thirdparty time management systems.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
