Job Description
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
Direct Hire Blaine MN $24 $28/hour
Konik is partnering with a wellestablished HVAC mechanical contractor company. They seek a highly organized and detailoriented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join their team and help streamline service operations.
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for timely customer service
- Manage incoming service calls and create service tickets for technicians
- Communicate with clients drivers and technicians to provide updates and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and data entry for scheduling
- Bill customers for completed services
- Provide highquality customer service with professionalism
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Previous dispatch customer service or billing experience preferred
- HVAC industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Sage 100 Contractor or similar) is desirable
