Purpose
The role involves supporting and overseeing the management and optimization of the companys real estate portfolio aiming to maximize revenue and asset value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the tenant sourcing and evaluation process collaborating closely with the Asset Director
- Assess the performance of real estate assets and propose investment strategies to enhance portfolio returns
- Develop and manage the companys professional network including real estate agents banks and investment funds
- Monitor property auctions and other acquisition opportunities providing detailed reports.
- Maintain and update the property database
- Prepare and present monthly or ad hoc reports through the ERP system regarding portfolio performance
- Provide recommendations for the preparation and monitoring of the operational and investment revenue budget
- Maintain an organized database of real estate brokers and property showings within the ERP system
- Conduct property viewings and maintain a record of visits
- Perform initial property evaluations for potential acquisitions including primary market research and proposal assessments for management review
- Track and document real estate sales tenders within the ERP system
- Conduct feasibility studies for property acquisitions and sales
- Propose development opportunities for companyowned assets based on feasibility analysis
- Monitor new real estate laws and regulations advising management on potential benefits and strategic actions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field
- A masters degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with SoftOne (ERP) is a plus
