Job Description

Join Our Team! Are you ready to make an impact in the electric utilities sector Were looking for a dynamic Project Controls Analyst with 34 years of experience to help us drive success on complex projects. If youre passionate about optimizing project financials and collaborating with diverse teams we want to hear from you!

In this role you will take the lead in developing and maintaining dynamic project schedules using Primavera P6 ensuring they align perfectly with our ambitious goals in the electric utilities sector. Youll collaborate with key stakeholders to implement innovative control measures that enhance financial management and proactively mitigate risks. Your expertise will drive project cost planning budgeting and forecasting while you conduct insightful variance and earned value analyses that keep us on track. Youll also manage our project databases capturing vital metrics and generating impactful reports all while recommending exciting optimizations for our systems. By working closely with engineering project management and construction teams you will be at the heart of our mission ensuring the success of groundbreaking projects that power the future!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 ensuring alignment with project goals in the electric utilities field
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement control measures that enhance financial management and mitigate risks
  • Drive project cost planning budgeting and forecasting while conducting variance and earned value analysis
  • Manage project databases to capture metrics generate insightful reports and recommend system optimizations
  • Work closely with engineering project management and construction teams to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 34 years of scheduling experience proficient in P6

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry particularly with complex projects
  • Experience with Cost Analysis and SAP
