Job Description

Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountingleader to join our dynamic business consulting services firm. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience in payroll management electronic invoicing taxcompliance and financial reporting including the preparation of incomestatements. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ourfinancial operations and adherence to regulatory requirementswith leadership responsibilities to streamline processes and drive efficiency.


  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll processensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws andregulations.
  • Implement and manage electronic payroll systems toimprove efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensuring all income and liabilities are accuratelyrecorded reconciled and reviewed.
  • Perform monthend closing activities such as accountreconciliation expenses recording etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflectthe real picture of the companys financial position.
  • Coordination of the daytoday accounting operationsof the Department.
  • Issuing Invoices and following up on collections
  • Excellent experience on Taxes and insurances
  • Paying the Social Insurance debt to the CPS system
  • Review insurance statements and insurance accountstatements
  • Manage and streamline the electronic invoicing processfor the firm.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate compliant with legalrequirements and sent out in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams toresolve any invoicing issues.
  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance withEgyptian Law
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advisethe company on potential impacts.
  • Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities asneeded.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly quarterly and annualfinancial statements including income statements balance sheets and cashflow statements.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting is accuratetimely and complies with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial and operationalpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and legalrequirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance withfinancial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff oncompliancerelated issues.




Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting payroll management tax compliance and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing systems and payroll software.
  • Indepth understanding of local state and federal tax regulations.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Zoho or similar platforms).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
