Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat
- Address customer inquiries concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
