Project Delivery Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Defining planning and managing the projects goals scope schedule and budget in cooperation with the stakeholders product owners and development teams
• Managing project risks problems dependencies and changes while working closely with stakeholders team members and other people involved
• Creating and updating project documentation reporting on project progress status and results to stakeholders
• Effective transparent communication with stakeholders and project teams
• Cooperating with development teams on identifying and solving mutual dependencies and issues which might appear during the project
• Adjusting objectives and project results to business objectives and strategies and ensuring that they will address market needs and client expectations
• Implementing innovative and creative ideas approaches and technologies to increase results efficiency and project effectivity
• Supporting the professional development of team members
• Creating a positive team culture to support cooperation respect and trust
• Ensuring that the project delivers value for the clients and business through measuring and tracking KPI and project efficiency metrics

Youre perfect match for the role if you:

• Have 35 years of experience in project management especially in IT or technologyrelated projects
• Have at least a bachelors degree in IT project management engineering or associated studies
• Have excellent knowledge of various methodologies (both agile and classical) of managing projects and initiatives (e.g. Agile PM Scrum PRINCE2 IPMA PMI)
• Have a solid understanding of technologies and challenges related to completing creative IT projects
• Have excellent communication skills
• Can identify analyze and manage risk in IT projects
• Can proactively take preventative measures and react to changes in the project
• Can efficiently plan and organize project actions
• Can make quick and accurate decisions in a dynamic project environment
• Use English at least at a B2 level
