Role
As a VIP Account Manager Intern you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued players ensuring they have an exceptional gaming experience.
Focusing on driving player engagement retention and monetization.
Managing and retaining VIP players by maintaining close relationships through social media and ingame chat while providing premium service with exclusive bonuses private events and personalized promotions.
Optimizing monetization by closely monitoring VIP activity to anticipate their needs identify churn risks and implement effective retention strategies.
Analyzing and reporting VIP player KPIs tracking spending and engagement and providing regular reports on performance and campaign impact.
Engaging with VIPs across multiple platforms including: Facebook Instagram TikTok Email Intercom (our ingame chatbot)
Enhancing the player experience by serving as the direct contact for VIP requests personalizing interactions with tailored gifts and sharing feedback with the product team to improve the game experience.
Working closely with multiple teams (LiveOps Team CRM & Operations Team Product Team & Marketing/Growth Team)
