Job Description
The Opportunity
Own & build the Engineering function from the ground up. This is your chance to build and own a highperformance engineering function product roadmap and digital transformation strategywith full autonomy and strong financial backing.
Autonomy Build the team set the standards own the product stack.
Global Growth Engineering capability driving expansion to $250M.
Digital Transformation Lead the shift to a 100 digital designtomanufacture tech stack.
Product Innovation Drive both new product development & evolution of our bestinmarket products.
Centre of Excellence Develop a bestinclass engineering capability in Brisbane.
Strong Leadership Team Work closely with committed owner & leadership team.

The Role
You will lead our Product Design & Engineering team with the mission to build the best slurry transfer technology in the world. Youll develop and lead a highperforming team drive new product development and implement cuttingedge digital engineering systems.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead & Grow Team Youre not starting from scratch. We have an established team of engineers and were ready to fund acceleration and a strategic step change.
New & Evolving Product Development Lead new innovations while continuously refining & optimising our existing product range.
Digital Engineering Transformation Implement and integrate bestinclass CAD parametric design CFD FEA and ERP tools for a seamless fully digital workflow.
ClientFacing Engineering Work with bluechip mining companies & top engineering housesour products are already used by all major miners around the world.
First 1218 months priorities:
Expand our highperforming team & introduce nextgen engineering tools.
Drive new product innovation & existing product evolution.
Implement the digital engineering tech stack (CAD simulation automation).
Reengineer & optimise our product range for manufacturability & performance.
Develop SlurryIQs engineering workflow including 3D scanning digital twin and predictive modelling.
Establish a scalable product development framework to deliver the roadmap.
The Ideal Candidate

Experience were looking for:
Engineering degree (ideally Mechanical or similar).
Leadership experience in engineering teams.
Product development designformanufacture and preproduction engineering experience.
Digital design & engineering tech Experience with CAD CFD FEA ERP parametric design product configurators CAD product families (lego blocks) and the digital integration of all of this.
Buildtoorder manufacturing experience is ideal.
Configuretoorder and engineertoorder product design experience would also help.
