Pay Type: Flat Rate Hour
1. Repayment Obligations: The employee may be required to repay the bonus if they leave the company within a specified timeframe of 18months).
2. Tax Implications: Signing bonuses are taxable and employers may withhold applicable taxes.
3. Payment Timeline: Bonus will be pay in 2 installments 90 days after starting date).
4. Conditions for Retention: Employees must remain employed for a minimum period of 18 month to retain the bonus.

Responsibilities:
PerformroutinemaintenanceandrepairsonCadillacvehiclestodealershipstandards.
Diagnoseandtroubleshootmechanicalandelectricalissues.
Useadvanceddiagnosticequipmentandtoolstoensureprecision.
Communicatefindingsandservicerecommendationstoclientsandserviceadvisors.
Maintainaccuraterecordsofallworkperformedandpartsused.
Ensureacleanandsafeworkingenvironment.
Stayupdatedwiththelatesttechnicalbulletinsserviceupdatesandtrainingsessions.
Qualifications:
Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;automotivetechnicaltrainingisaplus.
ASEcertificationorequivalentpreferred.
ProvenexperienceasanautomotivetechnicianideallywithCadillacvehicles.
Strongdiagnosticandproblemsolvingskills.
Abilitytoworkefficientlyunderpressureandmeetdeadlines.
Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
Proficiencywithautomotiverepairtoolsanddiagnosticequipment.

$25 $45 an hour
Line technicians get paid per flat rate hour. Starting pay will be based off of the experience of the technician.
