NiX are looking for an experienced UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Manager to lead and coordinate the endtoend UAT process ensuring that our claim management solutions meet endclient business objectives and requirements with the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers Business Owners and Technical Leadership teams to ensure seamless acceptance and adoption processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UAT process ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from end Client and Software Development teams to coordinate and accept user requirements and translate them into detailed UAT test cases and scenarios.
- Coordinate with vendor/supplier teams to ensure alignment and successful of UAT plans.
- Identify and manage UAT dependencies risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee integration testing processes ensuring system components interact seamlessly.
- Validate endtoend system flows and ensure all integrated systems work as intended.
- Act as the primary contact point between client stakeholders and vendor/supplier teams for software delivery acceptance
- Facilitate clear communication across all parties to ensure expectations and requirements are understood and met.
- Coordinate UAT status meetings and communicate testing progress risks and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed UAT progress reports defect tracking and final test result documentation.
- Ensure all test artifacts are documented maintained and archived according to project requirements.
- Provide comprehensive postUAT analysis and recommendations for improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong background in managing UAT processes involving external parties ensuring successful testing outcomes.
- Indepth knowledge of integration testing processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with testing tools and defect management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal to facilitate clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into actionable test cases.
- Excellent reporting abilities with experience in preparing and presenting testing progress reports and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients and vendors.
