Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote
Company: AutoRank (Part of Otamiser)

Company Overview

AutoRank (as part of Otamiser) is an AIpowered platform that optimizes Airbnb listings for property managers improving ranking visibility conversion and bookings. By integrating seamlessly with leading Property Management Systems (PMS) we analyze guest search behavior and Airbnbs ranking engine to provide dynamic content updates ensuring that our clients listings achieve top visibility.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) eager to grow into a sales role. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills an understanding of the shortterm rental (STR) industry and prior experience as an SDR in a SaaS software company.

This role involves:
Identifying potential outbound sales opportunities
Engaging prospects through cold calling and consultative selling
Qualifying leads and setting up product demos for the sales team

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Research & Lead Identification

  • Conduct indepth research to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads within the STR industry who can benefit from AutoRank.

Outbound Engagement & Lead Qualification

  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls emails and social media.
  • Communicate AutoRanks value proposition effectively.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs.
  • Ask insightful questions and offer tailored advice.

Demo Scheduling

  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team within a 10minute call.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Accurately document all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of 300500 leads per month.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to enhance sales approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus
13 years experience in sales lead generation or business development (preferably in SaaS).
Strong understanding of the shortterm rental (STR) industry is a plus.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven track record in cold calling & lead engagement.
Ability to ask the right questions and provide valuable insights.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a strong desire to advance into sales.
HubSpot CRM and Aircall VOIP proficiency.
Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
Willing to work North American shifts.
