Job Description
Job Title:Social Worker CMHT
Location:Bradford
Rate:35 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Bradford. They are looking for a new member for CMHT.
What will your responsibilities be
In your role you will undertake Local Authority functions within various community mental health teams across Bradford. You will be responsible for fulfilling duties under the Care Act. Working in an integrated mental health team you will also be required to undertake care coordination functions.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you should hold a Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You should have a full UK driving licence and possess a Social Work qualification such as a degree or equivalent.
