We are looking for a highly motivated handson Cloud Software Engineer (gn). The position is available at our headquarters in Hasselt Belgium on a fulltime basis.

Your Role
- Design develop and maintain platform operational features including TrendMiners AWSbased SaaS environment.
- Architect and optimize cloud solutions on AWS to support a multitenant SaaS environment while considering performance security and compliance.
- Design hybridcloud strategies to enable efficient communication between onpremises
deployments and AWS services. - Balance cost and performance by selecting the right compute storage and networking
components while leveraging automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery by implementing redundancy backups and failover mechanisms both across regions and within onpremises environments.
- Define security best practices including identity and access management (IAM) network segmentation and data encryption to protect sensitive customer data.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines monitoring and deployment automation while ensuring infrastructure consistency.
- Provide guidance on containerization and Kubernetesbased solutions for microservice
applications. - Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies to enhance our cloud
infrastructure. - Develop and optimize microservices using Java EE Spring Golang and related technologies.
- Work with SQL databases and optimize queries for highperformance data retrieval.
- Ensure platform reliability scalability and security through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Your Skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS and SaaS Architecture preferably in the field of data analytics or business intelligence
- Experience with modern cloudnative technologies such as Kubernetes ArgoCD and Helm
- Indepth knowledge of software design principles patterns and best practices
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go typescript and Java EE
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana Prometheus or similar tools (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Python and backup/recovery tools like Velero is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch
