JOB DESCRIPTION:
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Expert level in ETL/Informatica Oracle PL/SQL and Postgresql.
Analytical mindset and good problemsolving skills and Software Debugging.
Ability to work as part of a team. Adapt to new technologies and have the ability to learn new tools.
Working knowledge of production support activities including daily monitoring of batch jobs
Investigate and troubleshoot Production issues. Pinpoint Problematic Code and Dependencies in Real Time Helping to Resolve Issues Faster. InDepth Troubleshooting and RealTime Monitoring capabilities.
Support the regular application release process
Support our application platforms in both production and the nonproduction test environments.
Be part of an on call rotation
Work with Development teams for handingoff or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill set.
Working experience in cloud including Informatica Cloud (IICS)/GCP/Azure/AWS would be an added advantage.
