Job Description
Manager RN Emergency Department @ Swedish First Hill
Full Time 40 Hour Week)
8 Hour Shifts

Manage daily patient care and direct support activities of the Emergency Department in accordance with established policies procedures and standards. Develop and maintain effective matrix management relationships with relevant organizationwide management structures. Stay current on local market developments and industry practices anticipate and plan for future changes. Responsible in collaboration with the Medical Director for attainment of applicable financial performance targets regulatory and/or accreditation standards. Assure the provision of exemplary customer service from all staff.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in n Nursing (BSN).
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association.
- Experienced Registered Nurse. Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Tertiary Care facility is required.
- 2 years Nursing leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- upon hire: TNCC and CEN
Do you have at least 2 years charge Supervisory or Manager experience in an Emergency Department
- Bachelors Degree in n Nursing (BSN).
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association.
- Experienced Registered Nurse. Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Tertiary Care facility is required.
- 2 years Emergency Nursing leadership.
