The Banking & Finance team
Our Banking & Finance team supports corporate borrowers private equity sponsors real estate developers and investors financial institutions funds and alternative lenders with diverse financing needs. From acquisition and real estate finance to project and general corporate lending our expert team offers pragmatic advice to secure successful deals in Belgium and globally.
Our Corporate & Finance department is one of the largest in Belgium. By seamlessly combining their expertise and knowledge our attorneys are able to quickly address our clients needs in corporate and finance matters whether these arise in Belgium or abroad. For crossborder transactions they work on a daily basis with toptier foreign law firms.
The team is looking for an associate with three to six years of experience in Banking and Finance!

Your tasks will include drafting reviewing and negotiating deal documentation engaging with our clients and their counterparts and managing matters from inception to closing:

What we expect
Our new colleague:
Has an outstanding level of French or Dutch and English with a good knowledge of the other language.
Has gained 3 to 6 years of experience with a top Belgian or international law firm in Banking & Finance matters.
Has a firstclass Belgian law degree additional education abroad and/or an LLM or other advanced master in Banking and Finance law is a plus.
Has obtained excellent academic results.
Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Has a handson mentality is proactive and ready to take initiative.
Is clientoriented and has a practical and commercial mindset.
Is a team player while working independently.
