Job Description
JOB GOAL:

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Provide exemplary customer service through positive communication meeting the customer needs maintaining a clean neat and inviting shopping experience while having a positive and upbeat attitude.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular and consistent attendance at work.
- Facilitate an outstanding customer experience by giving exemplary customer service.
- Greet and check out customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers and team.
- Clean and straighten merchandise and store.
- Fold clothing and stock shelves.
- Answer questions and provide resources on campus.
- Assist students with purchasing decisions.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
The position involves working on a sales floor. Occasional 1033 pushing pulling and viewing a computer. Frequent 3466 reaching and close visual work. Constant 67100 standing operating a cash register lifting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School completion.
- Must be at least 17 years old
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS LICENSES CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
- Cash handling register and customer service experience.
