Job Description

Davara is looking to hire a Property Manager to oversee the operation management and administration of their portfolio. As the successful candidate you will be accountable for ensuring that the properties are wellmaintained operating efficiently and aligned with the company s objectives. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing annual operating budgets tenant relations lease agreements and coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure the highest standard of service. You will champion a culture of service excellence providing firstclass property management and expertly handling both residential and commercial real estate to achieve the company s goals.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all daytoday property operations collaborating closely with teams in accounting leasing and asset management to ensure seamless ;
  • Engage and manage service contracts for essential building maintenance including janitorial HVAC elevator landscaping and other necessary services to ensure optimal functionality;
  • Develop and manage annual operating plans and property budgets ensuring timely of capital improvements while maintaining financial efficiency;
  • Provide timely and accurate property operations reports keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring transparency in performance;
  • Monitor and manage receivables ensuring the collection of all rental income while generating comprehensive monthly financial reports;
  • Enforce contract and lease agreements administering properties in line with approved budgets and established operating policies to maintain consistency and compliance;
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance environmental health and safety policies and procedures guaranteeing full compliance across all operations;
  • Ensure the effective of Property Management policies procedures and operations maintaining high standards of service and efficiency;
  • Address occupant issues promptly and effectively ensuring resolutions are costefficient while maintaining strong communication and rapport with tenants;
  • Develop motivate and recognize staff including building operators caretakers and thirdparty service/maintenance staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong financial acumen business maturity and decisionmaking skills;
  • Emotionally intelligent and collaborative fostering a positive team environment;
  • Selfstarter with a strategic serviceoriented mindset focused on continuous improvement;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with integrity and the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Problemsolver who quickly resolves issues and overcomes obstacles;
  • Proactive under pressure consistently delivering highquality results;
  • Clear communicator skilled in building relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field;
  • CPM or RPA designation preferred or willingness to obtain;
  • 2 years of commercial property management experience including admin and accounting;
  • Knowledge of operational procedures maintenance construction and contract negotiation;
  • Experience with variance analysis and financial reviews.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.


This exciting fulltime opportunity offers a competitive total compensation package in the range of $70000 to $90000 annually plus benefits with the potential for additional performancebased incentives. While the majority of the compensation will be salary there is an opportunity to earn performancebased incentives tied to the management of operating rents and vacancy rates.
