Job Description

Media and Brand Partnerships Manager Wedded Wonderland

We are now seeking a dynamic Media and Brand Partnerships Manager to strategically lead grow and execute our media sales and partnership initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our commercial footprint creating innovative partnership solutions and significantly increasing revenue through impactful collaborations and scalable media products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for Wedded Wonderland s media assets and brand partnerships aligned with our global growth and revenue goals.

  • Drive substantial revenue growth by identifying securing and nurturing highvalue brand and media partnerships across digital social events and influencer collaborations.

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients agencies and strategic partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction repeat business and strong market presence.

  • Lead the creation of innovative media assets transforming opportunities into scalable commercially successful offerings.

  • Establish and lead a highperforming sales team providing mentorship professional development and strategic oversight to achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends competitive landscape and market opportunities proactively adjusting strategies to stay ahead.

  • Negotiate and secure strategic contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive longterm partnerships and revenue growth.



Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • A resultsdriven leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.

  • Proven experience in media sales and brand partnerships ideally within luxury lifestyle events or wedding industries.

  • Exceptional strategic sales skills with demonstrated success in closing significant partnership deals and delivering multimilliondollar revenue targets.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital social media and experiential marketing landscapes.

  • Outstanding negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding capabilities.

  • Strong analytical acumen to interpret data measure performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Leadership expertise with a successful track record in team building motivation and performance management.

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (Master s preferred).

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the wedding industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help couples create their dream day. A strong network of wedding industry contacts is a plus. Previous experience as a wedding planner, designer or similar is desired
