- Establish and nurture external partnerships to amplify promotional efforts and publicity.
- Collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives and improve tenant retention.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering personalized and targeted communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and demographics refining marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Metrics Brand Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide detailed reports on Advertising & Promotions plans budgets and progress.
- Analyze competitor activities to gain strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with the brand s overall strategy and strengthen community presence.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses for collaborative and cobranded promotional activities.
Digital Marketing & Event Management
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media content creation email campaigns and online advertising.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to increase foot traffic and enhance brand engagement.

- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and maintain the brand s reputation.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and innovations to improve engagement strategies and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Marketing or a related discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the retail mall or commercial retail sector.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities excellent communication and negotiation skills and effective problemsolving capabilities.
- Skilled in analysing market trends and understanding consumer behaviour.
- Highly adaptable with a focus on achieving results and driving success.
