Role: HCM Workday Business Analyst

Overview:
A Workday HCM Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing implementing configuring and maintaining Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to support HR functions. They work closely with HR IT and other stakeholders to optimize business processes improve system functionality and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation optimization and maintenance of the Workday HCM system.
- Configure Workday modules including Core HR Recruiting Compensation Benefits Payroll Performance and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure Workday aligns with business needs.
- Analyze HR business processes and recommend system enhancements.
- Gather document and validate business requirements.
- Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain system security workflows and data integrity.
- Assist in Workday releases updates and new feature testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
- Support data governance ensuring accuracy and consistency in HR data.
- Assist in data migrations integrations and audits.
- Provide Workday training and documentation to HR and end users.
- Offer system support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison between HR IT and external vendors.
- Handson experience with Workday HCM including modules such as Core HR Compensation Benefits and Talent Management.
- Knowledge of Workday security reporting and business processes.
- Experience in Workday integrations (EIB Workday Studio Web Services) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and issueresolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
