Job Description
Radiologic Technologist Diagnostic Imaging Professional
Join our prestigious healthcare facility as a Radiologic Technologist where youll play a vital role in our diagnostic imaging team. Were seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional patient care while operating stateoftheart imaging equipment in our advanced medical environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform highquality diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities including CR DR and PACS systems
- Conduct thorough patient assessments before during and after procedures following departmental protocols
- Administer IV contrast media and perform related clinical procedures with precision and care
- Ensure radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles are strictly followed
- Contribute to the departments educational mission by training students and staff members
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in PACS and hospital information systems
- Create a compassionate and safe environment for patients and their families
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Current ARRT registration or registryeligible status
- Active American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in diagnostic radiography
- Additional modality certifications
- Experience with digital imaging systems and PACS
