How will you make an impact
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Projects may include the following responsibilities:
- Involvement in quality activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products
- Supporting the Quality Management Systems ensuring the quality assurance of our manufacturing operations
- Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry standard processes.
- Become a process champion; critically review specific processes with excellent attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Qualify as a QSME and provide cross functional training
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with team members across the site to support audit readiness.
- Building strong partnerships with the Quality and operations teams as well as external suppliers to ensure the highest level of compliance.
- Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e. PPI Six Sigma and others) and help promote improvement initiatives as a PPI champion
How will you get here
- Undergraduate student pursuing a Life Sciencesor Business related degree.
- 0 years of work experience required;
- Proficiency using computer applications such as MS Outlook Word Excel and Power Point.
- Native (or proficient in English.
- Internship will fulfill a 12month University placement within curriculum.
- Ability to be onsite this is not a remote opportunity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.
- Strong time management and personal integrity
