- Call appointments and new leads to book appointments
- Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into appointments.
- Convert showroom walkins into appointments.
- Schedules install dates with customers installers contractors and internal sales/operations teams.
- Manages project of the month submissions social media management/postings and customer reviews.
- Use CRM system social media and other online tools and systems to manage and engage with prospects leads and customers
- Assists owners in various sales and operations efforts
- Works with customers on final selections for their remodel
- Invoicing with customers
- Maintains and keeps the showroom looking clean and organized
- Technology savvy (computer smart phone CRM programs Microsoft Office).
- Highly motivated dependable with a strong work ethic
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Optimistic enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Experience with using social media for business lead generation preferred but not required.
- Preferred but not required experience with online tools:
- Canva / Photoshop / ProKitchen
- ServiceMinder (or similar CRM system)
- BuilderTrend
- Pipedrive
