Experienced Trainer/Coach/Consultant

Thousands of the worlds leading companies trust SMG to help them build highperformance talent engines through the selection development and training of top performers.As the Home of the POP Predictor or Potential SMG provides its clients with the predictive tools technology and insights to help hire and develop candidates with high potential.We are currently looking for an experienced trainer coach facilitator and entrepreneur to partner with the President of our PLUS Company to reintroduce our proven training programs to both existing clients and new prospects.
Job Description:
As a successful candidate you will be responsible for identifying and building new B2B relationships and sales through an existing network or generating new opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Partner with the President to develop consultative strategies to leverage the SMG training programs for potential clients
Create negotiate and close sales opportunities
Qualifications
Ideally 5 years of B2B experience in a sales or entrepreneurial environment
Experience as a trainer facilitator coach or entrepreneur in the Talent Management area
Selfmanaging goaloriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
