Job Description
Policy Analyst II
The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS Policy Development and Coordination team and support activities including conceptualizing developing facilitating and promulgating NRO and COMMwide Information Technology Information Assurance and Information Management policies applicable to NRO staff and industry partners. The candidate will also participate in the development and coordination of policies in a wide variety of forums across the NRO and the Intelligence Community (IC). The team is regularly called upon to provide advice and guidance on policy issues to seniorlevel management and are expected to validate the alignment of draft policies with NRO IC and DoD interests.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- NRO or IC experience
- BS/BA/AA degree with 5 years or 8 years of demonstrated performance related to the responsibilities outlined above
- Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication transparency and flexibility
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
- Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings architectures and service adoption
