Job Summary
Supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research studies.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain supply inventory including ordering supplemental test articles and returning unused test articles to sponsor. 2. Prepares and maintains regulatory documents. 3. Enters demographic information into a database. 4. Determines visit windows from protocol schedules subject visits and sends visit reminders. 5. Organizes and prepares area for study related equipment and supplies. 6. Schedules and coordinates prestudy and monitor site visits. 7. Transmits Case Report Form data by fax express mail or other means dictated by sponsor. 8. Ensures study visits and procedures do not conflict with existing schedules. Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Completion of HIPAA Privacy & Security training may be required within two to five days of hire. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
