Job Description
Great opportunity for a Midwife to join a successful and diverse OBGYN group!
Community Medical and Dental Care is looking to hire a fulltime or parttime Nurse Midwife to join our team of dedicated providers. There will be a great mix of gynecology and obstetrics and the time will be split between the clinic and hospital. We perform many procedures in the office. Ourphysicians are willing to teach anything that the Midwife needs help with. The hospitalhas inhouse 247 laborist coverage in rare emergent cases in the absence of the practice obstetricians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife program.
- Board certification by American College of Nurse Midwives.
- 13 years minimum experience providing full scope midwifery care highly desirable.
- Experience working in a clinic or FQHC serving a lowincome population preferred.
- Ability to operate all equipment used in clinic sites and in hospital practice.
