Job Summary: Fiffik Law Group is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Associate Attorney to join our General Practice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters including but not limited to business law contracts real estate family law civil litigation and estate planning. This position offers the opportunity to gain broad legal experience develop client relationships and contribute to case strategy under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda pleadings motions and contracts.
Represent clients in court hearings depositions mediations and negotiations.
Manage case files ensuring all legal documents are properly prepared and filed on time.
Provide legal advice to clients addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism.
Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and court personnel.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing with the state bar.
03 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting (new graduates with strong internship experience will be considered).
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Detailoriented organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in litigation family law business law or estate planning.
Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
