Your Role as a DT ECT:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Product Design Textiles and Food Technology across KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire students with handson creative learning and practical design skills.
- Support students in producing their GCSE projects guiding them from concept to finished product.
- Contribute to department planning and help develop exciting lesson plans and resources.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified Design & Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for teaching.
- Experience or enthusiasm for teaching a range of DT specialisms (e.g. resistant materials textiles food technology).
- Creative teaching skills and a practical approach to learning.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
